Personal information related to Donor-Advised Fund Accounts is disclosed to the Partner for the purpose of maintaining HighGround’s Donor-Advised Fund platform and the individual Accounts on the platform. You acknowledge that your use of HighGround’s Donor-Advised Fund platform is subject to HighGround’s Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the Partner’s Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be otherwise disclosed if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or security of HighGround, its donors, clients, or other related parties, or as may be required by law.
