  • CHARITABLE GIVING SOLUTIONS: In this session, we take an in-depth look at charitable giving solutions, from trusts to gift annuities to endowments, that can help donors maximize their charitable impact while providing for the needs of their family. 
  • DONOR-ADVISED FUNDS: In this session, we provide a comprehensive look at the popular charitable gift vehicle, covering what donor-advised funds are, how they work, their tax advantages, and benefits both to donors and the charities receiving grants.
  • REAL PROPERTY: REAL PHILANTHROPY: In this session we discuss what a donor should consider when donating real estate to a nonprofit and what the nonprofit should consider when receiving gifts of real estate.
  • MINERALS ON MISSION: In this session, we’ll cover types of mineral interests, tax considerations, recommended gift acceptance policies, valuations and appraisals, and whether to liquidate or retain a mineral interest.  
  • THE CASH FOR NONCASH ASSETS: In this session we explore various types of noncash assets, from securities to real estate to jewelry, and consider the tax benefits and requirements of each as a charitable gift.
  • RESPONSIBLE INVESTING FOR NONPROFITS: In this session, we help nonprofits discover a blueprint for responsibly managing their resources.
