HighGround's Associate General Counsels Jennifer Babisak and Tommy Choi will be presenting a session at the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners Conference in Indianapolis. Their session, entitled "Tax Traps of Illiquid Assets: Minimizing Missteps to Maximize Gifts," will look at the tax and legal obligations charitable organizations need to be aware of when accepting illiquid gifts. The session takes place on Thursday, October 16 at 2:30 pm in Grand Room 4.
