Tommy Choi

Associate General Counsel

Tommy joined HighGround in 2022 as Associate General Counsel. His primary responsibilities include providing counsel to development staff members and prospective donors on matters of charitable giving as well as providing legal support for all areas of HighGround's work.

Prior to HighGround, Tommy was a tax attorney serving exempt organizations in public accounting and law firms. He holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston, and an LL.M. in Taxation from SMU Dedman School of Law.
